Despite the tragedy which took the life of the young Kile Glover, there will be no delay in the custody battle between the R&B star and Tameka Foster.
In wake of the events, Usher requested that the judge delay the upcoming hearing to give everyone time to deal with their loss, but the trial is set to resume as scheduled.
Foster filed documents in which she accuses Usher of faking his sadness over the loss of Glover, and is calling his request for the delay “bogus,” and a “transparent sham.” She also claims that Usher only visited Kile once in the hospital, skipped the funeral, and even refused to tweet a prayer for the dying boy.
The harsh words from his ex seemed to have no effect on Usher himself, who responded with a message via Twitter;
“I miss you too. Silent is golden moments like that are worth a million expressions. Not sayin much cuz I’m tryin not be #misunderstood.”
Hopefully in such a sad moment, Usher and Tameka will be able to sort out what’s best for their two sons, Usher V, and Naviyd.
