Lindsay Lohan’s friends and families are urging her to get help after her recent troubles, hoping the star will seek treatment for her alcohol problem, but Lohan is refusing according to reports.
Last week Lohan was charged with misdemeanor assault after punching a woman inside an NYC nightclub. In addition, she was handed out three charges in Los Angeles for lying to police officers about an accident that happened in June on the Pacific Coast Highway.
Both Lindsay’s father Michael Lohan, and her assistant are urging the star to get help, both sending out tweets hoping she will hear them out.
Michael Lohan posted to his Twitter page: “Nobody cam (sic) make her! Only she can… And if I cam help it… WILL.”
Lindsay’s assistant, who bailed her out of jail in NYC before she kicked him out of the car wrote;
@lindsaylohan after bailing you out last night I HOPE and PRAY you get the help you so desperately need. We are ALL rooting for you. Xxx.” he added, “Life is NOT a movie it’s a reality that needs to be faced.”
Lindsay’s bank accounts were recently seized by federal officials in order to pay a past due tax bill. The actress reportedly owes the IRS more than $233,000 stemming from 2009-2011.
