Pamela Anderson updated her blog yesterday with some reading recomendations for President-Elect Obama as well as some tips on how he should run the country.
Most importantly, Pam stressed why marijuana should be legal. Here’s her reasoning.
“I think we should Legalize Marijuana, tax and monitor -farm Hemp etc-this would make our borders less corrupt and then I think eventually this will be more secure option and save children in the long run – we should be able to farm Hemp in America- it’s just silly- it would create jobs- and be good for environment.”
Aka: “I think we should legalize marijuana, so that I can smoke it and not get in trouble.”
But that’s not the best part. Pam thinks President Obama should promote vegetarianism in the United States, and her reasoning for this is;
Promote vegetarianism-which would help end world hunger- crack down on factory farming that is killing the environment and slaughtering so many animals- wastefully and carelessly and it’s unhealthy/and it’s just impractical- to think this is monitored/regulated effectively..
End world hunger? If theres two food groups, the meat, and the not meat, and you take one away, wouldn’t that mean less food? Plus I’d pay money to see B.O. stand up on a stage in front of America and tell them not to eat meat and be serious about it.
Maybe I’ll write an open letter to Mr. Obama on here, suggesting free rent for everyone, which would eliminate the homeless problem, and free fur coats for everyone, which would rid us of pesky animals who dig through our gardens and eat our food, and keep everyone warm in the winter.
I’m beginning to think that PETA rots these peoples brains.
I don’t know enough about vegetarianism (I love meat), however I can see how it MAY help world hunger if we promoted it..
It may take MORE food to feed these animals then we got OUT of them..
I think it would be more practical to promote entomophagy though (the eating of insects), theres so many insects in the world, and they are are a excellent source of protien!
Nice comment aj, I agree with you. If that happens the world will soon turn out to be a jungle, outnumbered by animals.
Your right, If we could only eat all the pests in the world then I thing that would be very helpful because we the world will become healthy.
