Check out these new photos of Kelly Rutherford leaving an LA court Friday morning after a judge granted her the custody rights to take her two-year-old son Hermes with her to NYC this weekend where she will begin filming new episodes of Gossip Girl.
Kelly was all smiles as she left the court and shared hugs with family and friends upon arriving to her car.
