Chris Brown has been suspended by Wrigley, the company who makes the double mint gum that Brown promotes in TV and radio ads.
The company didn’t drop him completely yet, and issued a statement saying, “We have made the decision to suspend the current advertising featuring Brown and any related marketing communications until the matter is resolved.”
The company believes that Chris Brown should be “afforded the same due process as any citizen.”
It’s likely that once all said is done though, they’ll be looking for a new face to chew their gum.
This makes Phelp’s looks like an angel! He only smoked a little bit of earths candy, Brown hit a woman!!!
The best result to come from this is that maybe for all of our sake, Brown will quit the music biz.
For Chris Brown\’s sake, and by his sake I mean Rihanna\’s, I hope she damn well is.
