TMZ has obtained a lawsuit from an Asian American named Lucie J. Kim who claims to represent each of the 1 million aian pacific islanders who are living here in Los Angeles, and she is outraged over Miley Cyrus squinting her eyes in a recent personal photo that hit the net.
Kim claims that each Asian Pacific Islander in Los Angeles should be awared the minimum settlement for any civil discrimination suit, which is $4,000 and if you add that all up, it’d mean Miley would have to pay up $4-billion-dollars.
Luckily for Cyrus, the California judicial system doesn’t waste their time on wackos and this will likely be thrown out and sent right to the WTF archives.
Lucie Kim’s states in her complaint that Miley’s “just being a kid” excuse is not a valid one.
