We spotted Ellen Pompeo leaving her home in Beverly Hills this past week. Ellen’s post baby bod is not looking too bad, considering she told Shape Magazine that she gained 26 pounds while pregnant, and went up one pants size. Ellen gave birth to Stella Luna on September 30, 2009.
